Single Clock Collection Could Sell for £5,000 at Auction

A vast selection of 36 clocks collected by the same individual over a number of years could sell for £5,000 in the September Antiques, Silver & Collectables sale.

The clocks all come from the same property and are spread across Lot 744 – 776 in the sale. Moreover, four further clocks feature from the same collection as Lots 785, 786, 788 and 789.

Victorian black slate clocks and early 20th century mahogany clocks are some of the top lots. In addition, spread throughout the sale are wall clocks, hanging clocks, a Black-Forest style timepiece and French clocks.

The total high estimate of clocks is around £5,000 and many of them are in good conditions for their age.
